Position Summary
We are seeking accomplished and highly respected professionals with strong backgrounds in entrepreneurship, business development, enterprise support, investment promotion, SME development, leadership, and community engagement to serve as State Directors. Successful candidates will represent NEN within their respective states and drive entrepreneurship initiatives that promote economic growth and business success.

All 36 States of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT)

Part-Time / Representative Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Nigeria Entrepreneurs Network within the assigned state.
- Recruit and engage entrepreneurs, business owners, startups, and professionals into NEN programs.
- Coordinate entrepreneurship trainings, workshops, seminars, and networking events.
- Establish strategic partnerships with government agencies, private organizations, financial institutions, and development partners.
- Promote NEN membership programs and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Identify business opportunities, funding programs, and market access opportunities for members.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate state-level business exhibitions, trade missions, and entrepreneurial activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to entrepreneurs and emerging business leaders.
- Submit periodic reports on activities, membership growth, and impact within the state.
- Serve as the official liaison between the state chapter and the national leadership of NEN.
- Organise International Events in the states on behalf of our International Partners.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience in entrepreneurship, business development, SME support, management consulting, economic development, investment promotion, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience within professional associations, business organizations, NGOs, chambers of commerce, or enterprise development institutions.
- Strong network of entrepreneurs, business leaders, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
